Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item

Packaging Requirements

Proper packaging is essential to protect items during the return shipping process. We recommend:

  • Using the original packaging whenever possible
  • Wrapping items securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Including all original parts, accessories, and documentation
  • Clearly labeling the package with the RMA number provided

Refund Information

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days after processing.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion)
  • Products with minor signs of use or missing original packaging
  • Items requiring professional cleaning before resale

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we will be happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability and are processed as a return followed by a new purchase. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

To request an exchange, contact our customer service team with your original order information and details about the item you would like to receive instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We take quality control seriously and will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs documenting the issue
  • Do not attempt to repair or modify damaged items
  • Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved

For items damaged in transit or manufacturing defects, we will arrange for pickup at no charge and provide a full refund or replacement at your preference.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, a manufacturing defect, or damage during delivery. For large furniture items, we can arrange pickup service for an additional fee based on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Staging Service Returns

Home staging services are considered rendered once furniture and décor items are delivered and placed in the property. Due to the nature of staging services:

  • Staging consultation fees are non-refundable
  • Rental periods cannot be shortened after installation
  • Early termination may be subject to cancellation fees
  • Damage to staging items during the rental period will be charged to the client

Policy Modifications

Thogreonquazlbre reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The return policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
